Who can join these groups?
Our groups are for women, welcoming adults of all ages.

Do I need to book a place?

How much does it cost?
We welcome voluntary contributions to help support the ongoing running of our groups. If you have attended a group and would like to make a contribution, you can do so via bank transfer. There is no obligation to contribute, and everyone is welcome to join us.

Is the venue accessible?
We choose venues that are as accessible as possible. If you have any specific requirements, please let us know.

Is there parking?
Where possible, we choose venues with parking nearby. Please check for the nearest options.

Is tea & coffee included?
In cafés, drinks may be purchased to support our local businesses. 
In community venues, tea and coffee are provided when possible.

Can I bring children?
Our groups are for adults.
